All of us at Everyday Cannabis want our customers to be able to shop our store with confidence. We understand that there are many choices when it comes to hemp and CBD products, and we want our Everyday customers to feel as secure as possible with our store and our products.
If you are not completely satisfied with our products, for any reason, within 30 days of purchase, please let us know about it and we will issue a 100% store credit after the unused portion of cannabinoid product or undamaged apparel product is returned.
We offer no returns or refunds on any bulk or wholesale items. Please contact us if you have any questions, comments, or would like to initiate a return.
Specifics
- The estimated shipping time is out of our control and does not start until we ship your package. We do not guarantee any shipping times.
- We try to get most orders shipped within the next business day; however, order fulfillment and our shipping of an order may take up to three business days from the time of order placement.
- We are not responsible for packages that are lost in shipping. Orders shipped via USPS Priority may be eligible for insurance claims. Please realize that your package must be more than 15 days late prior to filing a claim. Insurance claims and USPS/UPS service issues must be directed to USPS/UPS. Everyday Cannabis will not resolve issues on behalf of our customers and USPS or UPS.
- We are not responsible for packages that have been lost or stolen after their delivery.
- Please contact us for express/overnight shipping options.
- We do not cover the costs of return shipping.
- The cost of shipping is nonrefundable.
- Coupons can not be applied retroactively after an order has shipped.
